William Kpahe is a certified ACSM (American College of sport Medicine) personal trainer with

10 years of experience in the fitness industry, and the owner of Redemption-Fitness. With a B.S in

Exercise Science and years of personal training experience under his belt, Will also has experience

helping clients build their self esteem so they can overcome mental hurdles. Some say that

losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and it is...but at Redemption-Fitness, it's never too

late to get started, and with the right direction and motivation, reaching your goals has never been easier!

What makes Redemption fitness different from others? We focus on the physical and spiritual wellbeing of our clients. It is not how long you live, but how well you live that’s

matters!

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

Endurance training includes a variety of exercises designed to increase metabolism and keeps your heart, lungs and circulatory system healthy,  and improves your overall fitness.

Core training is simply performing specific exercises to strengthen the muscles of your core. Core training improves overall fitness, it reduces your risk of low back and neck pain, and keeps your waistline tight.

Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can also increase your metabolism and help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life, increases bone density, and reduces the risk of fractures, and improve your ability to do everyday activities.

 

In-Home Rates

These plans include weekly, 1 on 1 training sessions in the comfort of your own home. Choose whether you'd like to workout once, twice, or three times a week. Training sessions last approximately an hour. I'll create a custom workout plan based on your fitness level and help you achieve your overall health and fitness goals. Get a free 30 minute initial consultation in the comfort of your own home. I'll go over your fitness and health goals, do a few exercises, and come up with a custom workout plan just for you!

Once weekly in-home workout

Redemption Fitness and it’s founder, William, are awesome. I love that William truly is passionate about not just fitness but about the people he trains. He prayed for me multiple times and would also check in to see how I was doing beyond my fitness. He is kind but also kicks your butt, which is what you want right? I would highly recommend hiring him to be your personal trainer, he is the real deal and is very qualified. I live in California so we worked out via zoom and I got a solid sweat in every time. Will is awesome. He really inspires me to reach my goals, which is to remain healthy in my 50's. He tailors the workouts we do to my fitness level, which is encouraging. I always have a great time when working out with Will! We laugh AND we get the job done, which I love!

Daniel is 12 years old and Christopher is 10 years old and they love going to Mr Will as their personal trainer! Since the quarantine I noticed that my boys were packing on more weight than usual and know I needed to do something. While walking the neighborhood Mr Will walked up to us and it has been good experience ever since. The boys are always eager to go and they always ask can they go earlier or stay longer. I am seeing results in their body and their energy has increased dramatically as well.
